- Plate thickness prior to Hardcoat process is
0.050" +/-0.002 (1.27mm +/-0.05)
- Hardcoating thickness is 0.002" +/-0.0002
(0.05mm +/- 0.0005)
- The anodizing process penetrates into the material 50%
Final plate thickness can be from 0.0498" to .0542" (1.26mm to 1.37mm)
