Let us introduce the
"Direct Optical Registration Systems"
and its application for multilayer and sub-laminated panels

IPC APEX EXPO

DIS Inc moves to larger facility:
As our  company continues to grow, we needed more space for final assembly of our systems as well as more
space for Research and Development.  We have now tripled the size of our production floor.

Technology Developments:
Some of the latest developments that we are pursuing is increasing productivity and increase welding power
while still maintaining precise control of the weld cycle.
December 2010    DSG - Dongguan Somacis Graphics installs the latest shuttle version of the Direct Optical
Registration system at its China facility. This system allows DSG to obtain the best possible layer to layer
registration in the industry. The shuttle system contains two weld stations, allowing continuous alignment,
lay-up and welding of registered panels.

April 2010 - MOS-Electronic GmbH in Neuweler Germany added the Direct Optical Registration system  to
increase layer-to-layer alignment accuracy of the company's quick turn pcb business.

Jan 2010 - Endicott Interconnect Technologies in Endicott NY places the Direct Optical Registration system
in production.  "Direct Optical Registration has drastically reduced our cycle times by removing the manual
lay-up process and eliminating tolerance variations from tooling hole size, lamination plate bushings
locations and pin sizes," stated Jeff Knight, Director of Quick Turn Fabrication at EI. "Additionally, the
system optically aligned a 52 layer pc board, demonstrating its versatility."
