DataAligntm Registration System
Camera Measurement System:
Precise measurement of up to ten targets on an inner layer is provided
by the Camera Measurement System (CMS).
Layers to be aligned are first placed in the Camera Measurement System
so that the targets are in the field of view of the cameras. Target
positions at “A” “B” “C” & “D” are obtained and the data is sent to the
DataAlign Registration System.
The layer is assigned a serial number and marked for tracking by the
DataAlign Registration .
The layers are physically transferred to the PRS for lay-up, at this point
the PRS utilizes the optimized positional data calculated for that layer by
the DataAlign Software Tool, and aligns the layer.
